[ sometime vaguely in the afternoon of sunday, harrow will receive the following text: ]
hiiiii hachi come meet me @ the planetarium? 🪐✨
[ and should she indulge (haha) misa's request, she'll find the other girl standing in the middle of the room, manipulating models of earth constellations. the labels under the two she's currently playing with read "pisces" and "capricorn." she'll look away, though, once harrow comes into the room, moving the projections to the side and closing the distance between them. ]
[ a text message is delivered to harrow's phone: ]
hey hachi meet me in the gardens today? i have something to tell u that i dont think is the same if its not in person
[ this time, she'll see misa picking roses and dahlias to weave them into crowns—most of them are black, unsurprisingly, with red and purple ones interspersed to add a pop of contrast. very goff. ]
[ misa perks up immediately once she hears harrow's voice. straightening up, she rushes over to meet the other girl, hands clasped around one completed crown. ]
Hey, you know why I asked you to come here, right?
[ it's... kind of a pathetic sight, all things considered. misa is sitting in a corner on the floor of the simulated jail cell, curled up into a ball like she's trying to make herself as small as can be.
she hears harrow's footsteps, but she doesn't lift her head to see who's there. if she ignores them, maybe they'll feel sorry for her and go away. ]
[ is this after the meeting? is this during it while people are yelling about cheese whores? who knows. but there's a slight air of hesitation as misa approaches harrow with a wry smile, hands folded behind her back. ]

Space is so beautiful, isn't it?

Oh. Yes, it can be very lovely.
[She has a few miserable memories associated with it, but has also always thought so. The planetarium, at least, is peaceful enough.]
