An astronaut? [She's not really sure what that means, but - ] I understand that for most of you, space travel isn't the norm, but that isn't the case where I'm from. The Empire is spread across multiple star systems.
[Please drop a memshare on me and save me from having to explain all of this world building. Surprise she's from space.]
[ i'm gonna be real i forgot this was a memshare thread i hate me
anyway! whatever questions misa wants to ask harrow about being? from space??? quickly dissolve into the aether as reality warps around them. in the blink of an eye, harrow will suddenly find herself in... a room. a very normal-looking room, all things considered. it seems she's seated in a chair; before her stands a young man about her age, an air of annoyance mostly covered by a calm demeanor. she seems to have "come in" in the middle of him on some sort of lecture, and though the words he speaks may not be that important, it's not hard to tell how disinterested he seems in whoever he's talking to.
floating above his head are otherworldly letters that spell out "light yagami."
after a few moments of the boy explaining things (conditions of some sort?), she'll feel herself begin to speak, and it's then that she'll recognize the voice and realize she's in misa's body—or at least seeing this memory through the other girl's perspective. confusion cuts through the amost overwhelming feelings of love and adoration from just seconds ago as she asks "you're seriously going to date other girls?" when "light" responds in the affirmative, that disbelief quickly changes into something darker, something wrathful.
harrow will feel misa shaking as she suddenly stands up and threatens, "if i see you with another girl, i'll kill her."
and then they're back to space room! have fun unpacking that! ]
[Honestly, this should really make Harrow run for the hills but actually she's more like good for her. She's too gay to understand why this dude would be worth it, but he probably deserves to be killed. Or - other girls killed? Either way, keep him in line.]
[ ... and then she's right back to bubbly, but with a touch of demureness now; her cheeks have turned a light pink that can't be attributed to the blush she'd put on after she woke up. ]
We don't have to acknowledge it if you don't want to? I won't intrude on your memories.
[But she does feel like she's supposed to say something nice about Misa's boyfriend right about now, even though she instinctively feels that he sucks. The eternal struggle of lesbian and bisexual.]
. . . He seems well-spoken. You must care for one another. Why is he saying he needs to date other women too, exactly?
Oh, I'm not mad that you saw it or anything. I wouldn't mind you knowing more about me, Hachi. Besides, if I could show Light to everyone and have them see how real our love is, I'd definitely do it.
In fact... that's why he had to hang out with other girls. The both of us were in a dangerous situation where we couldn't be seen with each other in public all the time. We needed to throw suspicion off ourselves. But he let me know because he respected our relationship, you know? If he really didn't care, he could have just started dating other girls in secret and I would have never known.

Whoa! I thought Hachi was just a necromancer—you're an astronaut, too?!

I see. . . I can understand that as a choice to protect both of you, if he'd asked your permission first.
[Instead of just. Told her he was going to.]
It just seemed like it upset you. . .

It's okay, it's okay! We figured it out! He'd never actually feel anything for someone other than me, after all. ♥

Will you forgive me if I said it's something really hard to explain?

[That sounds a little harsh, so she'll add - ]
There are things I also prefer to keep to myself. Speaking of them will do no good, will not - further any better understanding of my character.
